When an equipment breakdown occurs, an "Air Conditioning Services, Inc.” service contract ensures that we will service you promptly. An “Air Conditioning Services, Inc.” service contract also provides you with lower hourly maintenance rates, which can lower your cost of ownership. Our most popular contracts are:

-Gold

This plan has a 10% discount on all parts and includes labor.  As well as 2 preventative maintenance visits per year  (1 for cooling and 1 for heating if required by contract) unless otherwise noted

-Silver

This plan has a 10% discount on parts and labor, As well as 2 preventative maintenance visits per year  (1 for cooling and 1 for heating if required by contract) unless otherwise noted
